🕒 Returns & Exchanges – Within 30 Days

You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Important: We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior approval.
Please contact us first at info@alphawallart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, our team will send detailed instructions for returning your item.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• All tags or labels must be intact.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–15 business days for the refund to appear. If you don’t see your refund within 30 days, email us at info@alphawallart.com.

❌ Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase and before printing or shipping begins.
• If production has already started, we cannot cancel the order. Please wait to receive your item, then request a return.
